FedEx Express and today announce the global launch of Medpak VI°C, a service first launched in Europe that offers safe and reliable transportation of sensitive healthcare products.Launched in Europe in 2016, Medpak VI°C is the innovative network solution that allows companies in the clinical trials sector to ship test medications in temperature-controlled, reuseable packaging. FedEx and are now rolling the service out internationally, starting with Asia-Pacific and North America.
Marking a significant development for the FedEx Express healthcare business, Medpak VI°C is also now serving customers in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries in addition to the clinical trials sector.
